Our History

The Constantinou Bros Group of Companies has a long history in the real estate development and travel/leisure industries in Paphos, Cyprus, with its main activities being the running of the four hotels of the Group which are situated on the picturesque beaches of the southern west point of the Island, as well as the buying, selling, and development of real estate properties.

The holding company of the Group, Constantinou Bros Hotels Public Company Ltd (CBH), which was incorporated in Cyprus in 1989. Following ten years of activity, CBH went public in 1999 and was able to achieve its listing on the Regulated Market of the CSE on the 5th of June 2000. Subsequently, the Group has successfully listed its five subsidiaries (Layster Investments Plc, King’s Head Development Plc, Paphos Stone C. Estates Plc, ORCA Investments Plc and Constantinou Bros Properties Plc) and one of its related companies (Constantinou Bros Developers Plc) on the Emerging Companies Market of the CSE.

  • Owned and run by Layster Investments Plc, this serene 4-star, adult-focused, waterfront beach hotel promises an indelible stay in Paphos.
