ORCA - Appointment of new Director

ORCA Investment Plc would like to update the investing public that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to appoint Mr Agathoklis Konstantinou to the position of Executive Directors of the Company.

As per the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company, Mr Agathoklis Konstantinou will resign from the position at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, in will be up for reelection.
