LAYSTER - Financial Statements 2024 and calling of AGM 2025

The financial statements of Layster Investments Plc for the year ended 31 December 2024 have been approved by the Board of Directors and are available on the Company’s Publications page.

The Board has further decided the calling of the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company to be held on the 12th of June 2025 at 12:00pm at the registered offices of the Company at Poseidonos 77, Kato Paphos 8042, Cyprus.
