CBH - Financial Statements 2025 and calling of AGM 2026

The consolidated and standalone financial statements of Constantinou Bros Hotels Public Company Limited for the year ended 31 December 2025 have been approved by the Board of Directors and are available on the Company’s Publications page.

The Board has further decided the calling of the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company to be held on the 16th of June 2026 at 12:00pm at the Athena Beach Hotel in Paphos.
