Constantinou Bros Hotels Public Company Limited would like to inform the investing public that, pursuant to the decision of its Annual General Meeting dated 8th of July 2023, the Board of Directors has decided to appoint the audit firm Ernst and Young as the external auditors of the Company for the year 2023.
